Hard to see the monkey on top of the sign, but it seemed worth a shot. Plus, I had to post Mike’s funny comment. Not only is he quick with the camera, he is quick witted.

So we decided to walk the block or so back to the hotel this morning after our second hike in the Periyar Reserve. I wanted to be careful and walk on the correct side for traffic to be coming toward us instead of from behind. I was trying to do my reverse thinking and said, let’s see, where do they drive?  Mike promptly and correctly replied “anywhere they want.”  

True, oh so true. Crazy India; which is not the adjective I use before India every time the power goes off - which it has briefly at each accommodation. It typically comes right back on - right after a more colorful adjective about India escapes my mouth. 🫢
