Final leg of India

After a night in an airport hotel in Kochi, we are heading to Spice Village as our first lodge in Southern India. 

Good news: We were scheduled to stay in Hornbill tent camp as our last stop. We didn’t want to stay in “luxury tents.”   Chris read that they got bad reviews and so did Asian Adventurers. They changed it without us asking. 

Bad news:  there may be leeches where we are birding and we aren’t prepared with leech socks etc.
